Benjamin Kuna is a co‑founder and Chief Business Officer of Tylko, a Polish tech-driven furniture company transforming how people design and buy custom storage solutions. Since launching in 2015, Tylko has sold over 300,000 pieces of furniture, grown revenue from €35M in 2020 to €59M by 2022, and raised approximately €36M in funding—including €7.5M from the European Investment Bank. The company has scaled to employ around 160 people and stands among the top ten most valuable Polish startups.

Benjamin also co-founded Startup Poland, a nonprofit aimed at supporting and amplifying the voices of Polish startup founders. He manages Tylko’s partnerships, investor relations, and growth strategy and is known for embedding sustainability and efficiency throughout the company’s model.
